Tour Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport and services at the time of confirmation.​

A minimum advance of 40–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking; balance is payable before travel (exact % as per your policy).​

No booking shall be treated as confirmed until advance payment is received and written confirmation/voucher is issued by Travelholik.​

Payment Policy
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI or other accepted modes shared by Travelholik; any payment gateway or bank charges will be borne by the guest.​

Full and final payment must be received as per due date mentioned in the invoice; failure may result in automatic cancellation as per cancellation policy.​

Tour price is exclusive of applicable taxes; GST and any other government taxes/levies will be charged additionally as per prevailing law.​

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email/WhatsApp text) to Travelholik.​

Suggested slab (modify to your rule):

30 days or more before departure: up to 10–20% of tour cost

29–15 days before departure: up to 25–50% of tour cost

14–07 days before departure: up to 50–75% of tour cost

Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges.​

Non-refundable components like special fares, peak-season supplements, permits, etc., will be charged in full in addition to standard cancellation charges.​

Refunds, if any, will be processed to the same account from which payment was received within a reasonable time after deducting applicable charges (bank fees, hotel/transport retention, etc.).​

Amendment / Date Change
Any change in travel date, room type, passenger details or itinerary after confirmation will be treated as an amendment and will attract applicable charges subject to supplier policies.​

Reduction in the number of passengers or shortening of the tour may be treated as partial cancellation.​

Inclusions & Exclusions
Services included are strictly as per the final itinerary and invoice (e.g., hotel category/meal plan, vehicle type, sightseeing points).​

Any service not mentioned under “Inclusions” shall be treated as excluded and chargeable separately (entrance fees, guide charges, adventure activities, personal expenses, etc.).​

Room heating, extra bedding, gala dinners, early check-in/late check-out and room upgrades are subject to hotel policy and extra charges.​

Child & Extra Bed Policy
Child and extra bed policies (age/charges) depend on the hotel’s rules; details will be confirmed at the time of booking.​

Guests must declare the correct age of children; any disputes at the hotel front desk will be settled directly by the guest.​

ID Proof & Documentation
All guests must carry valid government photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, voter ID, driving licence, etc.) and produce it at check-in or when required by local authorities.​

For special permits (if applicable for certain routes/regions), guests must provide required documents as advised by Travelholik.​

Price & Surcharge
Package prices are based on current hotel/transport rates, fuel costs, taxes and forex levels; any sudden increase may lead to a surcharge which will be payable by the guest.​

Travelholik will endeavour to keep prices unchanged but reserves the right to revise rates in case of significant cost changes beyond control.​

Itinerary & Service Changes
The itinerary is a tentative plan and may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local restrictions, political closures, or safety reasons.​

In case of such circumstances, Travelholik may amend routes, sightseeing timing, or hotels of similar category without prior notice to ensure smooth operation.​

Hotel & Room Policy
Hotel check-in/check-out time follows hotel policy; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.​

Allocation of rooms (floor, view, inter-connecting, etc.) is at sole discretion of the hotel.​

In case of overbooking or operational issues, a similar category hotel may be provided without compensation.​

Transport Policy
Vehicle will be provided strictly as per itinerary for point-to-point services and not for unlimited personal use.​

Hill driving timings are subject to local rules; night driving may be restricted on some routes.​

Any additional sightseeing or detour requested by guest may attract extra charges payable directly to the driver/agency.​

Adventure Activities & Risk
Participation in adventure activities (rafting, paragliding, trekking, ATV rides, skiing, etc.) is entirely at the guest’s own risk and subject to weather and local regulations.​

Travelholik acts only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, loss or damage arising from such activities.​

Force Majeure
Travelholik shall not be liable for any loss, damage, extra cost or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, pandemic-related restrictions, flight/train cancellations or technical issues.​

Liability
Travelholik acts as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, transporters, etc.) and its liability is limited to the tour price received.​

Travelholik will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, theft, accident or personal injury during the tour; guests are advised to obtain suitable travel/health insurance of their own.​

Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the city where Travelholik is registered/operating from.​
