IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please read all points, terms, and conditions carefully before confirming your trip.
• Rates are dynamic and subject to availability. Prices may fluctuate due to hotel inventory, festival periods, peak dates, city sold-out dates, etc.
• Hotels and ferries mentioned in the itinerary have not been booked yet and will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Full names and ID proof will be required to initiate ferry bookings.
• All guests must present proof of identity at check-in as per current government regulations.

1. Acceptable ID proof: Passport (for foreigners), Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or any other Government-issued ID with address proof.
2. Pan Card is not accepted as proof of identity.

• Carry original ID proof (e.g., Voter ID, Passport, Driving License) for security and hotel policy.
• If a tourist spot is closed on its weekly closure day, any rescheduling to the next day will incur extra costs for the vehicle.
• Changes in taxes: Prices are calculated based on current input taxes. Any increase in taxes will be charged additionally.
• The provided cost is an estimate, based on the lowest hotel rates available at the time. No hotel bookings have been confirmed yet. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any difference in cost will be borne by the passenger.
• Your itinerary is based on fixed timings, and services will be provided according to the schedule. Delays in sightseeing or transfers could incur additional charges.
• The tour and transfers are not at disposal basis but based strictly on the pre-arranged itinerary.
• Room rates are based on Basic Rooms. Supplementary costs will apply for valley-facing or higher category rooms.
• Extra bed means an extra mattress; a cot will not be provided.
• Breakfast will begin from Day 2 of the itinerary.
• Services will only be provided in exchange for original vouchers/itinerary.
• Portages (luggage handling) and driver tips are extra.
• Optional sightseeing must be booked in advance at your own cost.
• No refund for unused services.
• All costs are calculated on a per-person basis based on twin sharing
• Car costs are based on children and adults sharing a vehicle.
• AC in vehicles will not function in hilly areas.
• During sightseeing, the vehicle will go up to the permissible point Any further arrangements or expenses will be the passenger's responsibility.
• Any new government taxes will be borne by the passengers.
• Preponing the journey is not allowed. It will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply.
• If accommodation is unavailable in the specified hotel, alternative arrangements will be made at a similar standard hotel. No complaints or claims will be accepted regarding such changes.
• If any airline is delayed or canceled, We are not responsible for compensation related to hotels, meals, sightseeing, or any other claims.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Full payment is required at the time of air ticket issuance.
• Any charges related to meal or seat selection must be paid as per the actual rates set by the airline.
• A minimum advance deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required for booking confirmation. No bookings will be processed without receipt of this deposit.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Full payment for cruise bookings must be completed 60 days (2 months) prior to the travel date.
• Payments can be made through any of the following methods and are subject to realization:

At Par Cheque (to be issued in the name of the account provided below) / Online Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Air Ticket

In case of flight cancellation, Flight cancellation charges will be applied as per actual levied by the airline.

No money will be refunded in case of issuance of NON-REFUNDABLE Flight.

Package:

Written cancellation has to be sent to us by email.

Advance payment (25% of the package cost) is non-refundable.

• 30 – 25 Days Prior to departure date 50% of tour cost.
• 24 – 15 Days Prior to departure date 75% of tour Cost.
• 14 – 00 Days Prior to departure date 100% tour cost. (Non-Refundable)

No refund will be entertained if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, Civil / Political disturbance, or anything beyond human control. But there will be full Co-operation from the entire team to make an alternate arrangement in such cases.

Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to minimize the cancellation charge.
